Minimums & Your Package
Minimums are based on the number of guests that you guarantee upon signing your contract and finalizing the items included in your wedding package.
A deposit of 20% of the minimum guaranteed is required to secure a private room. This deposit will be applied to the final bill and is non-refundable.
In the event that you must cancel, a percentage of the total agreed event cost will be forfeited: 6 months prior 50% and 0-3 months prior 100%.
A final guarantee will be required no later than 5 business days before the event. This guarantee is not subject to a price reduction. If the guarantee is not received, the original contracted attendance figure will be used as the final guarantee. Your menu selection is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
Bella Elegante allows our clients to bring in their own alcohol at no additional cost. Portable bars and bartenders can be rented for a minimal fee to serve the guests. Specialized bar packages can be created upon request at varying costs.
Guests may provide decorations subject to approval. Bella Elegante is not responsible for the loss or damage to any items brought into or left at the facility by a guest. Any decorations provided by the facility is property of Bella Elegante and may be charged to the guest should they be missing or damaged upon the completion of the event. Bella Elegante will be happy to supply a list of the preferred vendors upon request. All subcontractors must abide by Bella Elegante policies.
In addition to holding your reception, Bella Elegante can host your wedding ceremony with ease in the same ballroom or in the adjacent ballroom. The additional fee is subject to day, time, and number of guests.
Bella Elegante is able to book groups of rooms at nearby boutique hotels at especially discounted rates.
